it's just OK

the facilities of the room didnt match the impression the hotel gave me firstly.and there were people smoking in the restaurant during breakfast time making me very uncomfortable but the staffs did nothing to stop the smokers

Wonderful

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so kind! The food was gorgeous (loved the breakfast buffet!) and their drinks were very generous! Definitely recommend

The only downside to the property was poor drainage in the shower and it was really noisey in the city view side. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend getting pool side! Beautiful place nonetheless and definitely recommend staying here!

Just basic

Bathroom dated and flys in the shower. Want very clean drinks and food on property very expensive even to rent a moped from the hotel. Was away from things to do.

Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable (though slightly harder than I like), shower pressure was good, balcony view across garden was nice (and good sized balcony), room service was fast, check in super friendly and helpful, and boxed breakfast to take away on early check out was DELICIOUS. Thank you.

A little dated and could do with a refresh on edgings/bathroom.

We are regular guests at this hotel as we like it so much. We had to change our stay as my appointmend at the eye clinique was changed. My husband called them and in stead of charging us a fee (according to the booking conditions), they gave us an upgrade! Thank you so much Golden Tulip️

Terrible service, stole money from my company

If i could give negative stars, I would. Had to check out early due to professional reasons and was given no refund. Staff was rude and the bed sheets were stained. Breakfast was sub par and my collegue got sick.

staff were nice

where do I start, the place is apparently new but is run down. they don't scrub the pool tiles so they have brown scum all over them just filthy and we had huge black hair balls floating past us, they only give you 1ply tiny toilet roll a day its ridiculous, theu change bed sheets but dont wipe anything down at all during stay, mouldy bathroom, awkward squishy bathroom, no fridge, made us wait hrs to check in when we were meant to get a bonus check in anytime after 10pm, we requested months prior to be next to friends we wernt, shower played up, room service pathetic, took over a hr to get a cheese cake and beer , they rang 40mins later to say they ran out of this n that so we ended up with just cheese cake, breakfast is full of Asian dishes and rubber puddings all ( halal) no bacon, its not for westerners at all its full of asain tourists and catered ONLY for them. We had kids and adults swimming in our pool access room screaming and being loud from 6am to 12am i complained and it go us no where they wanted us to pay more for a upgrade, your about a 25min walk to markets, our friends go stuck with 2 single beds pushed together its meant to be a queen. over priced dont waste your money here. we spent 2 days in ubud for half this price and was disappointed we got ripped staying here.

What was the highlight of Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali

Cleaning and maintenance staff always smiled and said hello.

Where do I start? I have been to Bali a handful of times trying to stay in different locations each time. We decided this time around to splash out more on accomodation but this was not worth the money. We stayed for 8 nights and I regret booking golden tulip pictures made it look nicer than it actually is. Hotel: 2/10 only bonus was had a nice massage - starting off we arranged for pick up and drop off from the airport but no one arrived to pick us up. This was confirmed in 2 seperate emails so we waited roughly 40mins for someone to show and because no one did eventually made our own way to the hotel which cost us more than the hotel transfer was going to cost. I told the person at reception and he blamed someone else rather than accepting responsibility or offering something as small as a drink of water for the inconvenience. - we had paid for a pool view room instead we got the back of a concrete wall with some trees, gas bottles and other random things. - requested a higher floor instead we got reception level. Even though there was two floors above us. - swim up bar was never open staff advised it’s never opened before yet pictures show a bar. - functions on 4 nights in a row blaring music from 6pm until well past 11pm couldn’t even hear the tv or sleep. - there is drivers available for 4x the price of anywhere else and they try to force you to keep using their service. Cost 100,000rp to go 1km up the road when a blue bird cost 30,000rp which was the minimum payment. - no assistance offered for site seeing or activities. Took 3 days for reception to arrange us go to Bali Safari. Each time we questioned I was told they would call my room. Turns out the whole time the man at reception was calling Bali safari directly and told us we needed a ticket and transport (from Bali safari) to go even after I questioned that. He finally understood what I was asking on the 3rd day and it turns out we could of bought a ticket at the park and organised our own...

the location , because this hotel is very near to our project in bali.

Great place that value for money

The site is near the airport and department stores. The staff is helpful and courteous. I didn't find any problem during check in nor checkout. I got a room with pool access and it was suitable for our little family since the pool is not too deep. There were various selection of breakfast with slight changes on the menu everyday.

We still can hear the motorbikes sound at midnight eventhough our room was not facing the city view.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

The bed in our room was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Our room and the hotel was perfectly clean. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with plenty of options. Very friendly staff always smiling and happy to help with any questions.

I was disappointed only once. That was when I booked 2 motorbikes for us for next day and the next day I was told (one hour after the pickup time), that the motorbikes are not available until 3pm. This completely changed our plans for that day and we were quite upset.

A very satisfactory experience stay in the hotel. Worth money. Will come back again.

The receptionists during my arrival & check-out were very helpful. The staff was also very helpful and happy to assist me. My room was upgraded and airport shuttle was offered to me..both at no cost. The breakfast was excellent..lots of choices.. The dinner was also good.

If only you could include dish from Malaysia or Minang.

The service was slow, I’m waited too long for my room was upgrade the day before i leave. It’s almost 4 hours. No welcome drink at all when I’m check in My guest was upset due have a miss understanding and miss communication from the staff, n her food was broken.
